Selected coffee Colombia MANDREMONTE COLLECTIVE from the Dutch roaster Friedhats Coffee is characterized by tones of caramel and dried sheep and has an overall sweet taste.
This batch consists of coffees grown by producers in Huila, numbering about 429. They are all members of Coocentral, who, in cooperation with the Nordic Approach, improve the quality of coffee, yield and livelihood of producers and their families. The farms are located between 1380 and 1600 m above sea level and this land consists of varieties Caturra, Colombia and Castillo. It is coffee processed by the washed method, where the resulting cup is full of sweets with tones of caramel and dried fruit.
