This coffee comes from the Tarrazú region of Costa Rica, which is a relatively famous area due to the cultivation of coffee and is a popular picturesque place among Costa Rican people. The Finca El Potrero farm is owned by Don Rudolpho Riviera - one of the co-owners of Puente Tarrazo. It covers an area of approximately 22 hectares and 20 of them grow coffee. Coffee trees are relatively well established here - the Geisha variety is now 10 years old. It is a variety that became famous around 2010 thanks to its strong floral and citrus tones. On the farm, coffee is processed by all methods. This batch is processed by the White Honey method, which is very similar to washed coffee - it has delicate, floral and light taste tones.
