The select Costa Rica MONSTER TYPICA coffee from the Supremo roastery in Berlin is characterized by tons of tropical fruit and jasmine .
This coffee is grown at an altitude of 1900 m above sea level and is processed under the supervision of Luis Alberto Monge Ureña at the La Lia processing mill in San Lorenzo de Tarrazo. It is named after their mother. At the beginning of 2000, many producers began building their own mills to process their coffee. This allows them to add more value, gain access to higher prices and stability. There are now hundreds of micro mills across the country.
