This edition represents our view of the standard of selected coffee in 2019. The new standard is single-species coffee grown according to the principles of sustainable agriculture. Its guarantor is the Nordbeans roastery, which ensures quality control from green grain to the final product.
We obtained the current coffee for the New Standard during our visit to El Salvador in January 2019. From the production of the Los Pirineos plant, owned by Guilberto Baraon, we selected beans that are suitable for preparing espresso, mocha teapot and french press.
