In collaboration with WWF (World Wildlife Fund), Kusmi Tea is pleased to present the new product of 2020, the Tchai of the Tiger tea blend, a 100% organic and flavorful, spicy tea blend that supports wildlife conservation. tigers, an endangered species that is an iconic animal in Indian tea areas.
Like chai, a traditional Indian drink, Tchai of Tiger combines black Indian tea with aromatic spices. The basis of this new tea blend is tea from the renowned Thiashola tea garden, where tea is grown in an organic and ethical way. This area in southwest India in the Nilgiri region is also home to tigers. They are endangered species and are in the WWF conservation program, which Kusmi Tea supports. In its full strength, this tea manifests itself in combination with organic spices. Ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, black and pink pepper give it a remarkable balance between the strong and distinctive taste of black tea and the sweet taste of spices. Tea inspired by the breathtaking feline that it helps protect.
To support the Tx2 project - doubling the population of wild tigers by 2022 (compared to 2010), when the tiger begins next year, Kusmi Tea donates € 1 for each can of Tchai of the Tiger tea sold to WWF.
