SIGRI Farm was founded in 1950. It is located in the western mountainous province - WAHGI Valley. At an altitude of around 1600m.nm, the climate is ideal for growing coffee of excellent quality. Thanks to this, SIGRI coffee is also considered by experts to be among the TOP 10 most qualitatively known coffees in the world.
The variety of coffee is TYPICA The coffee cherry is only picked by hand, only red cherries are picked, which guarantee the balance of sugar and acids in the coffee. The coffee is processed (PULPED) on the day of harvest, then it is in a fermentation bath lasting 3 days. However, every 24 hours it is washed and freed of impurities. The next day, the whole is immersed in water to create maximum clean and aromatic taste.
The coffee is dried in the sun with constant rotation. Then it is again manually sorted.
