Aromas del Valle offers technical support and creates sustainability by introducing higher standards. This coffee comes from small families in the provinces of Jaén, San Ignacio and Cutervo in northern Peru. The farms are usually around 1-3 hectares and are family run. They harvest, grind, ferment and dry coffee on their farms. They invest in their production and begin to create microlots or improved community mixes. The harvest takes place from May to October. In the cup you will find tones of mandarins, honeysuckle and raisins with a pile of caramel sweets. This coffee has a smooth mouthfeel and is supported by mild citric acid.
