Selected coffee Peru EL PARAISO from the Polish roastery LaCava is characterized by tones of caramel, grapefruit and dark chocolate .
For a long time, the Catimor variety (a hybrid of the Caturra and Timor varieties) was grown mainly in Peru, not for reasons of interesting taste but primarily for its high fruit yields. However, since the Roberto farm is located very high (1950 - 2000 m above sea level), it was relatively cold on Catimor and farmers were forced to choose other varieties. Thanks to that, Caturra was planted here, with which cherries full of pleasant flavors also came. The coffee is processed by the washed method and is suitable for espresso, mocha teapot or jazz .
