The Salvador LAS PALMAS selected coffee from the Czech roastery Rustynails is characterized by tones of stone fruit, tamarind and verbena .
The farm has been run by the Baraon family for over a century. Since 1890, they have been growing coffee at the top of the Tecapa volcano in Usulatan, and thanks to this mountain area, they named it after the European Pyrenees. Gilberto Baraona boasts 15 golden places in the competition for the best coffee in El Salvador, the Cup of Excellence. Due to the specific conditions along the volcano and the cold nights, the maturation of the Pacamara variety is slow and at the same time the development of flavors is rich and complex.
